I was just wondering why flick-panning stopped working….until I found out that if the option to move all open images (in the options bar of the hand-tool….don`t know the exact wording, because I have a german version) is on, flick-pannig does not work.
This is a bug IMO.

No, not a bug. Just like other such features dependent on your hardware acceleration options.

Can you explain a bit more?
If "move all images" (or whatever it`s called in English) is on, I have no flick-panning any more. Can I change that?
I mean it is also off, if only one image is open and the option is checked.

Ah, sorry. Re-reading your original post I realize I misunderstood you. Yes, I think this is as designed to keep alignment between images when you move them around in multiple windows. Having it "flick" would only make sense for single images – since the resolutions may vary, an equal amount off flicking might send the smaller images away into infinity (off screen). Sorry for the confusion.
