Photoshop CS3 delay after installing Flash CS4

I use the CS3 suite, some days ago I installed only Flash CS4 (now I realize these things were installed too:
-Adobe bridge CS4
-Adobe device central CS4
-Adobe drive CS4
-Adobe extendScript Toolkit CS4
-Adobe Extension Manager CS4
-Adobe Flash CS4 professional
-Adobe Media Encoder CS4
-Adobe Pixel bender toolkit )

Now Photoshop runs slowly and with an annoying delay on every tool. I don´t want to install the hole CS4 suite, is it possible to use flash CS4 along with photoshop CS3?

Sure. The two versions should not interfere at all. It will only set a few references to the newer versions of Bridge, Device Central etc., but unless you launch those components, it should not have any influence, either… Did you monitor your task manager and see which process is actually delaying your interaction in CS3? There should be discernible peaks in processor usage at those points. My guess is, that one of the Internet-enabled tools/ functions (Drive or the Updater) is running in the background and tries to connect, while being unable to do so due to security measures you are using (firewall, router config) and then it tries to do so forever. May be worth checking…
