Upgrade from CS3 to CS4 Extended

Hello,

I want to upgrade from CS3 to CS4 Extended.
But when I have to insert the serial number of a previous version, only CS3 Extended is a choice. When I enter the serial no of CS3 standard version I get an error.

When I have a look on this website:
< http://www.adobe.com/de/products/photoshop/photoshopextended /upgrade/?promoid=DRHXH>

a upgrade should be possible.
