Hi,

Is there a way to tell which version of this software I am using? I recently installed the trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS4: Extended Version and would like to know.

Thanks!
Nick

Assuming you have a 64-bit OS (you didn’t say), look under Help > System Info.

See the first entry.

If you installed CS4 under Vista 64 then TWO versions of PS are installed

The 32-bit version is installed in the "Program Files (x86)"folder, and the 64-bit version is in the "Program Files". I made a shortcut to the Photoshop.exe file in each and labelled them accordingly.

If you have more than 2GB of RAM installed then the 64bit version will show the extra RAM available to PS whereas the 32bit version will not. With 8gb RAM installed I have 5gb assigned to PS.
