Are you talking about a photo? Make a good selection of the area. There are lots of ways to affect color. Don’t go too far or it will look very unrealistic.

Fastest way? Copy layer and use sponge tool to desaturate teeth. Slightly reduce opacity of layer to let some natural color of teeth to show thru.

I use the dodge tool on midtones set to about 7-8 %
usually a selection is not necessary

to dodge/burn in editable way
make new layer above the image
set to overlay mode
fill with 50% gray
