So I’m working with my tablet in photoshop, when all of a sudden my cat walks across the bottom right of my laptops keyboard, clearing all my workspace windows and doing some weird things to my composition. Well, I undid the changes to the composition, set my workspace back up, and discovered a change I liked:

Something my cat stepped on had changed my mouse cursor in brush mode from a circle to a cross hair. It also seems like my brush strokes with the tablet are flowing smoother and more naturally (could be my imagination), so its not like just the view of it is changed.

So my question is, what did she hit?? I’d like to be able to set it up the same way on my desktop.

Any other tips for setting up preferences for optimal tablet use would be appreciated.

Please submit your cat to Adobe for inclusion in the up-coming patch.

Caps lock

Can also be done in Edit > Preferences > Cursors.

rofl at upcoming patch.

Thanks, you were right about the Caps Lock. Now, was it my imagination that the brush seemed to handle a bit smoother, or did changing to the crosshair actually flip something? or, was there another button she hit that did that?

My cat once printed an entire 500 pages perforated chain paper box empty by milk-stroking some form feed shortcut.

This was back in the eighties. I hardly could get the door open when I got home.
