I’m using Photoshop CS2 (old fashioned) but I am trying to use my Line tool. The problem is, its no longer working as a line tool. Everytime I use it, it works an arrow shape. I’m fairly new to using Photoshop, and I’ve been messing around with it for a while, trying to change it back to its original function. Nothing seems to work it, and I am clueless now.

I am not under the custom shape tool when this is done. My line tool is now an arrow shape tool, anyone got any suggestions?

I am using Windows Vista Home Edition Premium (in case that helps).

First press and hold on the tool icon in the Toolbox. You should see the line tool there where you can pick it.

If not, reset the tool from the drop-down menu in the Options Bar.

In the options bar there is a small button with the Geometry Options. Uncheck Arrow Heads.
