My colors do not look correct in the colors window

This is kind of hard to describe and I wish I could show you a screen shot but my colors do not look like the default colors when I first installed CS4.

So for my lack of ability to explain my problem very well, how do I reset CS4 to show me the original color pallet?

Are you talking about the colour picker?

If so, click on the radio button next to the "H".
