So we have a design that we want to fill with 100 pictures. Then we want to be able to replace those pictures with another 100 pictures and so on. The design will have blends and other things applied to it so when the new pictures are input they would have the effects applied. Any suggestions on how I can do that?

Are the blends and "other things" based on the image content?

As John said – ID. Otherwise I could only think of a homungously complex action or a script, but then the output might be less than ideal for printing due to the design elements ending up in the component channels as well.
