Photoshop 7 Filter/Artistic

When I click Filters>Artistic I see each filter twice. For example the first one is Colored Pencil and it is listed twice. How can I clean this up?

But seriously, You may have more than one installation of PS, and one points to the other. Never use generic plugins in another version.
