So you’re not paying attention to my posts?

One has to register to post in the web browser based Adobe forums so it only make sense that people like us that use a newsreader to access their forum won’t be seen by anyone using the web browser based forum. We’re not registered!

Look at the names of the posters: They’re all @adobeforums.com

What I’ve been doing is just reading along and not posting replies anymore. What good does it do if most people can’t see my reply? I’m starting to filter by Subject since I don’t use Vista, a 64-bit OS or CS4. I’m learning a few new things by reading along. And the people all seem to be pretty friendly compared to the adobe newsgroups where we met.

I don’t see the point in the Admin of Adobe Forums propagating the posts to a newsgroup if they don’t want the feedback from the group. I answer the posts because there might be someone on the newsgroup who can use the information. The fact that it doesn’t get to the online forum doesn’t interest me. I find the online forum a mess anyway, other forum I am on are a lot easier to follow. I think they should change their software to something a bit more user friendly. I’m not that keen on browser based forum anyway and tend to steer clear of them if I can 🙂

there must be a way to put the proper user name and pw (which I have now obtained) into a news reader

there is space to put the log on info in the set up
