I’ve got a couple hundred C-41 Kodak disc film color negatives of old family photos that I’m trying to scan. Each one consists of plastic central disc, with 15 small rectangular negatives arranged in a circle around the central disc. You can see an example here:

I would like to scan the entire thing, then somehow use an automated photoshop action to cut out all the individual images, rotate them, and save them. Obviously, cutting each one manually can take 15-20 minutes per disc, which is an unacceptable amount of time given the number of discs I have.
Anyone have any ideas how this might be accomplished?
