Domain user can not open PSD error message. Can not forefill request because of a program error.

Recently the user had crashed his system. So I had to role out a new system for this user, CS3 is part of the image, but Photoshop can not open PSD files unless I run as Administrator(s).

Anyone with some input?

Note: I gave the user admin rights, no go!

Can Photoshop open alone (i.e., not just trying to open a PSD file). Can you start Photoshop, and then create a file.

If not, I suspect that you cannot work from an image. PS has some stiff copy protection tools, and you might have to reinstall it.

Photoshop can open, also it’s just PSD files that I am getting this error.

I can start new file(s), I can also open all other formats, save, save as, save to web, etc.
