Won’t Load Past Software Setup

I’ve installed the Extended Trial of Photoshop CS4 and doubleclicked the app. The Software Setup screen pops up asking if i want to use the trial or enter a serial number..i click on the trial and click next…then nothing happens…tried researching issue and there are no posts about this issue anywhere, also, ive downloaded and ran the registry GPU fix and it still will not load.
