I have been taking screenshots of stuff on the computer and then pasting it in painting. I then would save it to a file as jpg. I open photoshop and upload the screenshot on to it. When I go over the screenshot there is a hand tool. When i go to switch it with another like the earser to change it up. It doesnt change. There is aslways the hand tool. So i am wondering how do you change screenshots.
