Hello everyone, recently my dad asked me to touch up a photo that was torn in half and basically worn out in color and everything. So I bought Photoshop 7 and scanned the picture, but thie part of the picture I cant seem to do anything to, her face is damaged by water or just time i guess, I tried the clone tool and the patch tool but doesnt seem to do anything but I am a beginner at this so I was wondering if you guys can push me in the right direction on what you would do, and maybe a small brief tutorial how to do it.
