PS locks up when using USM/ ACR is gone!

Yesterday, after converting a RAW file from my Oly E-20 DSLR, I attempted to use USM. PS immediately locked up, and I wasn’t able to do anything else in PS. I resorted to "control/alt/delete". Everytime I’ve tried to use USM since then, the same thing happens. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling PS 7.01 3 times, and it hasn’t helped. In fact, now I’ve even lost my ACR plug-in!

Please, somebody help me!
