I downloaded the trial version and it took over 3 hours. After it finally finished downloading, I went to install it and it started extracting. Then it stopped, and a box came up that said The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again. I really don’t want to spend another 4 or 5 hours trying to download it again to have the same thing happen. I ran across this message in the forum that said there was a problem with the auto extract and you had to maually extract the files to another folder using winzip, then go into the folder and click setup.exe. I tried that and a window from winzip came up saying the .exe was corrupted. I went into the folder anyway to see what was there and there was like one thing in it but no setup.exe. Is there anyone out there who had this problem or anyone who can give me any suggestions to try. Thanks

Crystal,

The download was corrupted, it is toast, notify its next of kin. Since you are most likely on dialup you probably have some noise in your line. This is usually more evident on longer downloads.

Sorry, you’re going to have to try again.
