CS3: Dental Work in a Portrait – Fix Silver Crown(s)?

Anybody have a procedure for replacing silver crowns on molars realistically? (Lots of shadow gradients.) Anything on Lynda.com? anywhere? It’s one thing that always stumps me.

How about a dentist?

You can also shoot a natural tooth/molar and paste that in, but I’d prefer a dentist.

To the OP (original poster)…
sorry for the ( trying to be) clowns like this rob fool. Obviously, he know nothing other than how to fool around on his mother’s computer.

I would suggest using the zoom tool/clone tool
to replace the abnormalities and then curves to lighten the color.

Not only a suggestion, this is what is needed
