As I remember CS2 is not supported in Vista, but that does not mean it won’t work. CS3 is supported and works well. Am a little confused as Photoshop 7 is way older than CS2, and therefore not an "upgrade". CS4 is current version, but you need a fairly new computer and video card to run it successfully.

Since Adobe does not sell outdated versions be careful of getting a counterfeit version.

Also Photoshop 7 is now out of the upgrade loop so will do you no good as an upgradable product.

The OP intended to type "&" instead of "7". CS2 may work, but, if it doesn’t, Adobe won’t help.
CS3 is supposed to work, and, if it doesn’t, Adobe should help. Jim
