Hello,

Can a channel (Alpha…) be converted to a layer in the same document?
I would like to manipulate a channel from Calculations with Photoshop tools (filters etc.)

Thanks,
Martti

No need. Click on it in the channels panel to make it the only active channel, then you can work on it as any "normal" image.

If you must, copy it from here, activate RGB, and paste.
