Hi there,
I have the following problem with CS4.
When i start it up, all is fine but after a while the following occurs.
When i try to select with the marquee tool or when i try to position a layer or scale/rotate or use the guides etc with the mouse, the program hangs for approx. 10 seconds and then it resumes. The thing is, when i release the mousebutton and try to move the layer or do the other thing like scale/rotate etc, it starts all over again. When i try to position a layer by using the cursor keys there is no problem.
When i restart photoshop the problem goes away for a while but after some time it starts all over.
Any suggestions?
