Hi there- I’m doing a small ad and created a collage of images for it. After setting up the collage, I merged the layers and dropped it into the ad. However, I realized that of the 4 pics in the collage itself, only three were set at printers spec of 300 dpi. Can I go into the original collage PSD and save that whole thing at 300 dpi and drop it back in? The printer asked for images to be included separately but if I’m sure of the layout and have the bleed margins set correctly, would it be wrong to just flatten the whole thing at 300 dpi? They wouldn’t be able to make changes but at least the rez. would be assured (I think).
I conceivably could go back, fix the images at 300 dpi and redo the collage but time is running out on this… Ideas? Answers?
Thanks so much
