When I take a series of photos to create a spherical panorama, the photomerge results are not aligned properly. The end result has the nadir position and zenith position in the wrong places. I have stitched the same pictures with other stitching software and they place the results in the proper place. Is there a way to control this?

I’m pretty sure they want you to place the top and bottom images manually. See their documentation here. < http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Photoshop/11.0/WSfd1234e1c4b69f3 0ea53e41001031ab64-75e8a.html>
