Save for Web not working

I’m using 5.5 and had images stored on my D drive that I want to save for the web. I have photoshop installed on my C drive and when I try to work on an image that was on my D drive (even if I copy it over to the C Drive) it gives me an :
Could not complete the Export command because Photoshop 5.0 does not supply the services required by the plug-in module.

Can anyone help???!!

Uhm… what version? Is it 5.5 or 5.0? You say you have 5.5, but the error message says 5.0 – which is it?

What version of PS do you have?
