Quick question for anyone-

I have a layer style I’ve created in PS7.0.1 Mac, and set the style’s blending mode to ‘Custom’ by checking the ‘layer mask hides effects’ box.
However, when I open a previously saved document with that style, it’s always set back to "Default" blending mode, and the ‘Layer mask hides effects’ box is unchecked. I had ‘Include Layer Blending effects’ checked when I save the style.

Any ideas if it’s me doing something wrong, or just PS?

thanks,
Barry

I think it’s just that the Advanced Blending Options are not considered part of the styles when you save them. It just happens to be in the same dialog box for convenience.
