Is it possible to make any size/spacing/placement ‘adjustments’ like in Web Gallery?

Example: 2 columns, 2 rows, 1/2" spacing, centered on the page.

You can specify row and column and font size but spacing is a problem. Changing the resolution (in the dialog) will change the spacing somewhat.
