Barry,
Which camera exactly? 5D or 5D mkII? And what is the version of your Camera Raw plug-in? Yo can find out with Help > About Plug-in, in Photoshop.
Rob
Hi Rob,I use the 5D not the Mk 2.Will check Cameraaw plug in and revert. barry
You might want to consider using Canon’s own RAW software to do the initial editing. I have a Nikon D300 and Nikon’s own software (Capture NX) definitely does something that ACR does not! For example it completely corrects chromatic aberration automatically. I just get an altogether cleaner look with Capture NX, from which I then export the file as a TIFF to work on in PS. OTOH ACR opens the file much faster.
Probably not quite the thing to say in an Adobe forum 🙂
