3D reconstruction from individual DICOM slices?

Hello,
I’m trying to reconstruction using DICOM CT slices, but Photoshop wants an image stack (which I do not have). Is there any way to convert the slice (300 individual files) to a stack, or force Photoshop to import all of the images? Thank you.
