scratch disk folder

have a folder on the disk that i use for scratch disk

it is named something like: "97er4657u843l" have no idea what it is is this a folder that photoshop put on the disk?
if not, it’s probably a windows folder.

Photoshop Scratch disk files look something like this: Photoshop Temp216798763, its a file, not a folder and when you exit Photoshop it gets automatically deleted

Adobe cleans up the scratch disk space as it closes. You will only find the remains of this if you crash or the program does not end properly. However, these are generally files with the extension *.tmp. I suspect those folders are from Windows or another program (IE?).

so, whatever it is, it is not from photoshop
