Which graphic card for Adobe CS4 ?
I work most with photoshop and illustrator.
Not for gaming and video-editing.

Make sure that whatever card you get is capable of driving your monitor to its native resolution, which should not be an issue with mid-level or above video card unless you have a very large LCD.
The card should also be at least Direct X 10 compatible. NVIDIA and ATI are duking it out with mutually incompatible systems for tapping their GPUs to assist in parallel processing tasks. The GPU implementation in CS4 is quite primitive and compatible with both manufacturer’s cards, more a proof of concept, but this will hopefully be developed in future Photoshop releases.
One would think that processing a static image should be ideal for parallel processing using the GPU.
