Solution to Thick guides in CS4 (Mac)

(This is a problem where guides appear to be 2px wide or blurry, instead of the normal 1px. So. Fucking. Annoying.)

In Preferences, turn off OpenGL Drawing.

Then you have to quit and restart Photoshop for change to take affect.
