Photoshop CS4 (UK) bug? (on latest Macbook pro with Mac OSX 10.6 / 10.6.2 Dutch)

When using the lasso tool it starts about 1 cm below.
Quick fix is to lower the screen resolution and than back. This is annoying when working on location.
Photoshop bug or videodriver (NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256MB), anybody?

This is almost certainly video driver problem – check that the system has the latest NVIDIA drivers installed.

I had some problems also that were solved by updating the Nvidia drivers.
