There is no "best program" to put the DATE on photos.

– If you look for one of the best Photo Retouching program then Photoshop is one of them

– If you want to put the DATE on photos then you can always use Photoshop and Action to put the DATE on photos.

And you can get plenty of Users Recommendations from Google.

Thanks – I know there is no one ‘best’ program. Perhaps I worded it wrong. What key words should I put in the Google Search to obtain user recommendations? I don’t have Photoshop (yet).
