PS 8 Crashes in Win2000

When I use the clone stamp tool or the eraser tool in a span of 2 seconds per left click with an 8MB picture for about the 25th time (25 left clicks) the program will sometimes crash. But once crash it will always crash on the next program restart with only 20 left clicks. I later found the W32/Nachi.worm.b virus in my hardrive and delete only minutes ago. If reinstalling should correct this, how do I reinstall PS8 without requiring a second activation?

Just reinstall – it’s a reactivation (on the same machine) not a new activation.
