how do I batch sharpen a folder? I’m a newbe

Make yourself a sharpening action and run it on the folder. Can’t say I’ve tried that but I would think it would work.

You could make an action and run it as a batch under File>Automate. But it is not a good idea to batch sharpen. Different images will require different amounts of sharpening.

And even more, different parts of one image will require and tolerate different amounts of sharpening
