I’m having some weird things happen with my Photoshop program. When I try to use the rounded rectangle tool, it will only draw a regular rectangle. Also, once in a while when I draw a shape, it won’t fill it with the color I’ve selected. Someone mentioned it might have to do with my graphic card. Help! Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Look at the Options Bar. There are three options that control the behavior of the Shapes tools. You want the icon on the far left.
