Inside the popup box, it says:

Setstring::szPDLCode Failed

The user gets this error when pulling up a full page document to print.

The user has a brand new DELL PC. Specs Below
2.6 Ghz
1 GB RAM
120 GB SATA HD
128 MB Vid Card
Win XP Pro
Photoshop 7
HP 4050 LaserJet Printer

reset prefs per the faq? uninstall reinstall? correct user settings (power user or admin)?

Hmmm…

I just got some further info. The user only gets this error message on 1 file.

It is an 8.5 X 11 picture

She hits FILE -> PRINT, and the error occurs
She hits FILE -> PRINTE PREVIEW, and scales to fit, and no error.

Could it be a printable area problem?

could be a print driver problem.
