I would like to take two gray-scale images, colorized them into red and green respectively, and then blend them into a single image. When I do this using RGB channels, I cannot save the image without the blue, so that when I copy the image into another program, it is red and green with a blue background. Is there another way to do this? Please help, thank you. Melissa Haendel

Mellisa,

Open the two greyscale docs and a new RGB doc the same pixel size.

Select all on one greyscale image and copy to the clipboard.

Select the blue channel of the New (RGB) image in the channels palette and Paste. Repeat with the other greyscale image and paste into the Red channel of the RGB file
