Automate/Web Photo Gallery is not working in Photoshop 7 on my computer. When I open up Photoshop and click File/Automate/Web Photo Gallery nothing happens at all. Also when I click on the other Automate choices below the line like Conditional Mode Change, Contact Sheet II, Fit Image, Multi-Page PDF to PSD, and Picture Package nothing happens as well. All the choices are there and not greyed out. There are 2 choices above Conditional Mode Change seperated by a line. Those 2 choices in Automate are Batch and Create Droplet. Those 2 choices work but not the choices under the line.

Anybody have any ideas on how to fix the problem? I first deleted the prefs file and that didn’t solve the problem so I then re-installed Photoshop 7 and that to didn’t solve the problem.

What next?

Thanks,
Steven

Did you do a custom install?

If it’s me, I’d reinstall photohsop – it’s not as painful as a reinstall with other programs since your preferences aren’t overwritten. But if that doesn’t work, then reset your preferences per the procedure in the faq.

DO a custom install and select everything.

If that doesn’t work, try to reset your prefrences per the FAQ.
