Hello Everyone.

I just discovered Actions in Photoshop.

Oh, I upgaded from Version 3.0 to Version
7.0. It took a lot of effort to get
comfortable using the program.

On to the question. I take analog captures
off the TV. Over the last few months I put
together a list of commands to raise the
quality of the captures. I created a
Action to run the commands. It really
makes the job easier.

My question is. Is there a program or
something in Photoshop that allows you
to edit an Action after it is created?

I would like to add addition commands
or change the settings in specific
commands, example Unsharp Mask settings.

Thanx

Recording additional commands

———————————————————— —————- —-

You can add commands to an action using the Record button or the Start Recording command in the Actions palette.

To record additional commands:

1.. Do one of the following:
a.. Select the action name to insert a new command at the end of the action.
b.. Select a command in the action to insert a command after it.
2.. Click the Record button, or choose Start Recording from the Actions
palette menu.
3.. Record the additional commands.
4.. Click the Stop button to stop recording.

You can also make some settings changes by double-clicking on the step in the action itself with a file open. I do this sometimes to change the place an action saves to when not batching.

And there’s also "Insert Menu Item". You can drag action steps from action to action also.
