When I make a selection with the Rectangular Marquee tool if I than want to divide that selection into thirds how is that done? I believe it is done with the Transform or Free Transform tool but I am not sure? Could someone help me with this. Thank you. I tried it but it didn’t work so I believe you have to use a particular key combination for it to work? Help please. I am use Photoshop CS6.
