Is it possible to switch display profile quickly? For example, when I’m surfing the Internet, I’d like my monitor to be calibrated for gamma 2.5 (I’ve my reasons for that), but I want 1.8 (sometimes 1.0) when working in Photoshop. Is that possible?

The way I do it right now is by recalibrating using Adobe Gamma every time I need to change the gamma.

Create the profile you want and save it, then in Photoshop choose View>Proof Setup>Custom>[your profile]

That’s useful. However, that’s more like quick & dirty. I was hoping for something more system-wide. Or does it really matter if it’s system-wide?
