If it’s a registered copy, contact their tech support (good luck, they suck) and they will send you a reset link. They changed something about the programming in some of the older filters a couple of months ago. You will need your serial.

When you get the reset file SAVE IT– my experience with India Ink is that it will probably break again and you’ll have to periodically reset the thing.
