I hav installed Photoshop 7 recently
I can’t see a Main Bar containing Save, Open, Print buttons

How can I make that visible

There are no icons for save, print or open. You access these from the File menu.

Are you new to Photoshop??? Those features sound like Microsoft Windows…apples & oranges (not the same program).

As Don said, use the File menu…left click and hold (on File) to see all the options.
