Is there way to make the skin color of people gold in pictures, and make it look kind of metallic. Any tips or links to tutorials are helpful, I tried searching and couldn’t find anything.

Gold is a mixture of yellows, but its not a colour you can paint with, more a textre/colour mix, best idea if its a small area is to clone it from a photo with a lot of gold, like the pharos mask etc. Vey difficult with large areas like skin though

Try this—
duplicate the layer.
Apply one of the metallic gradient maps (color isn’t
important right now, you’re looking to exaggerate
highlights and shadows)
desaturate the layer, then colorize to gold
play with layer blend modes and opacity to
blend the 2 layers together (start with overlay
or hard light, but it will depend on the image)
then mask out everything not "metallic"
