Hello,
since we have upgradet to WinXP(prof.), I have problems with scanning. We use a Fiery processor with a Canon copier over tcp/ip. Now the problem is, that the prescan works fine, but when the user choose the final scan (either the complete page or a selection) the twain-driver-window closes without action. From an other application (ACDsee) everything works. I have had a look on the permissions of the installation directory of photoshop and the registry tree (hklm\software\adobe …) but always the same problem. I´ve tried different Adobe products. Each of them has the same effect. I´m rather confused. If anyone can help me, I would be eternally grateful.
