Folks,
I have had to recover a large number of my pix, saved as .jpg files to CD-Rs using the Roxio Compressed Packet CD format. Worked fine until I upgraded to XP, now unreadable.

I have used ISObuster to extract many, but only a few which were saved as ..psd will open.
All of the others make Photoshop 7 report faulty jpg markers.

I have found P’shop to be picky about opening jpgs in the past. But these won’t open in ACDSee or Word either.

Can anyone point me at something which might correct these files?

TIA

Pat
