I do not know of an Elements specific NG. There might be forums via Yahoo, or similar. You should also look Adobe for their forums. Quite often, Elements’ questions are posted here, though the majority of subscribers seem to be on the full-blown ver of Photoshop.

As for photography, try alt.photography.

There is indeed a forum for Elements, and once you join through the Adobe site you can us you username/passweord to access it through NNTP. If your ISP doesn’t have adobe.photoshop.elements listed you can just set up a new news account, news server: adobeforums.com. They forums are moderated and you kind of have to remember not to quote since it gets posted on their site forums. For this reason, also see instructions on the site (privacy?) on how to safeguard you e-mail address.
