I have a photograph and I’d like to put a green border round it using Photoshop 7. Please can anyone help?

Ctrl+A (select all) then Edit/Stroke to choose stroke size and color.

You can do it with more control by selecting "all" in the select menu, then in the image menu select canvas size. put in values in the two boxes (Width & Height) say add 1 cm to each. when you click ok your picture will have a border, which you can colour with the fill tool.
